Background:Started by Mari Tonin around 1993, the Monday Night Skate
has been lots of fun and exercise for lots of people.
The group meets at the parking lot at 3rd and S Streets in downtown Sacramento at 7:00 p.m. It then leaves on a 6 to 12 mile skate. For variety, the route of the skate changes from Monday to Monday. Skating with a group is a great way to learn skating. You'll be able to skate much better than you ever could alone. |
