Skaters look at Christmas lights on the December 15, 2003 Monday Night Skate.

No one showed up. I am not sure why. The night was moist and 52 degrees, but skateable. There we 25 or more skaters at the 5th and K ice rink, paying money to skate around in a small circle.

I will be gone next week, visiting my mother. I hope some skaters still come out.

Unless it rains, I'll be back January 5, Monday.
